The room was well decorated with great amenities, had a good night's sleep. The staff were all FABULOUSLY HELPFUL and excellent.

We couldn't find maid service.

the room was large and updated with micro fridge, a pullout sofa and great bed, had everything we wanted. excellent breakfasts with oatmeal, store bought muffin and juice, the staff were excellent. location: the hotel was close enough to numerous restaurants in mt lebanon, stores and restaurants and the surrounding area.

The daily breakfast was complementary and excellent with store bought muffin and oatmeal etc other. Great location to attractions like a Catholic church, that was minutes from the hotel.

The hotel room was beautifully decorated with a pullout sofa, bathroom. There were a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator too.

Good small and spotless hotel, great and awesome location to numerous restaurants in Mt Lebanon. Updated fantastic rooms with a good scrub and great bed, for example, outstandingly accommodating staff. Location next to nearby restaurants, shops, coffee shops, the t station and Mount Washington and the Oakland area. For tea or coffee visit Betsy's Ice Cream nearby.

I loved the hotel, its relaxing and the location is unbeatable on several occasions when visiting family for holidays or other events. Great service, even though a few employees where not very friendly. One of the advantages - nicely decorated and new-fashioned rooms; they included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets.

First of all, I have to mention the amazing value for money that this hotel offers. The prices are very favorable, especially considering the great amenities they provide. Secondly, the attention to detail is impeccable. From the clean facilities to the comfortable rooms with a pullout sofa, every little aspect is taken care of. Moreover, the location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently close to the train station, which takes you downtown in just 20 minutes, making it perfect for exploring the city. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants in the charming Mt Lebanon area, giving you plenty of dining options.

Super-friendly staff as I wanted. The location was marvellous and awesome - an easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Everything was perfect and within 28 minutes' drive of Pittsburgh International airport.
